Ekymbo II is the second collaboration between artist Oliver Patrice Weder and sound-smith John Ashley, who met outside a grungy blues bar during a night out on the canals of Amsterdam in 2018. This time, Ashley visited Weder’s studio in the Balearic Islands, bringing along his latest toys and synths. The pair locked themselves in the studio for 3 nights and days to create the second completely improvised album.
